Order Pick-Up
If you are picking up an order in store, you will receive an email when the order is ready for pick up.  Please note that this is not the "Order Confirmation" email that you automatically receive.  We will email or call when your order is ready for pick up. Credit card and valid I.D. are required for pick up. Orders are processed Monday through Friday.  We do not process orders on the weekend.

Sales Tax
10.25% sales tax will be applied to all orders being picked up at our stores. There are no exceptions. 

Gift Cards
Gift cards can only be used in store. 

Sizing
Bikes come in many different sizes and we want to make sure that you have the appropriate size. We recommend that you visit our store for your bike purchase so you are sized properly. Bicyles can be purchased online but have to be picked up in store.

REFUND POLICY

Bicycles can be returned for a full refund within 7 days if the bike is in new undamaged condition. Parts and accessories can either be returned in person to our store or ship it back within 30 days of purchase. Ship returns via Ground UPS or insured US Mail (we do not accept CODs). We will refund shipping costs on damaged or incorrect merchandise. Merchandise returned that appears used will not be eligible for a refund.
